Recently I've been using GeoControl 2 to create terrains that are not often seen in games, and are only possible in Overgrowth because of our off-the-grid terrain technology. Here is a view up the slope of a volcano I've been working on:
And here is its caldera (the skybox background doesn't quite match yet, but I'll get to that):
The close-up terrain rendering is still a bit jaggy, but David is going to save the final touches on that until after gameplay is done.
