Overgrowth alpha 38

Here is what is new in Overgrowth in this weekly alpha. If you are confused what a weekly alpha is, or even what Overgrowth is, please read our fancy FAQ. Basically, we are developing a massive video game from the ground up -- we are able to do this completely independently by accepting preorders for the game before it's done!
Aubrey has made a number of new art assets this week, which are included in this alpha. On the coding front, here are a few highlights from the source repository:
- Prospective fix for long standing VS2005 SP1 config error (massive thanks to Klusark!)
- More robust groups
- Group saving and loading fixed
- Fixed decal selection, rotation, and scaling
- Fancier decal object missing
- Reactivated save selected set
- Item browser loading is more robust
- More items hooked up to the item browser
- Shadows used to load incorrectly sometimes
- More ribbon work (not hooked up yet)
- Bug fixes
